Texas Instruments

TMS320C3X/4X DSP Gnu Tools: An adaptation of the Gnu C Compiler (GCC) and its related EGCS compiler for use on TI 'C3X/4X targets. Includes debugger and simulator.

Analog Devices

• The G21 Package: Free source code for the Analog Devices GCC-based C compilers for their 21k (Sharc) and 21XX series DSP's.
• Whygee's SHARCPAGE has software for Analog Devices "Sharc" floating-point DSP's

Motorola

Motorola's C Compiler page lists several C compilers based on the Gnu C Compiler, which can be download from their site.
